Graduation & Certification

• At the end of the program, all participants will receive certificate of completion.
• The cost for graduation will be determined towards the conclusion of the program, giving us flexibility to ensure quality and cover production expenses.
• Your certificate will serve as a formal recognition of your hard work, dedication, and the skills you’ve gained throughout the program.

Visual Diamond Studios Media Support Initiative

At Visual Diamond Studios, in partnership with Visual Diamond Academy, we are passionate about raising the next generation of professional photographers, videographers, filmmakers, and content creators.

To make this comprehensive training more accessible, we are offering a ₦1,450,000 scholarship subsidy to a limited number of selected participants through the Visual Diamond Studios Media Support Initiative.

Your 20% Commitment Fee: ₦360,000

This commitment fee secures your place in the 5-Month Media Professional Programme, giving you access to intensive hands-on training, real-world production experience, mentorship, career development, and the practical skills needed to build a successful career in the media industry.

📘 Program Code of Conduct:

Attendance & Commitment

• Daily sign-in and sign-out are compulsory.
• Unauthorized absences or lateness are prohibited.
• Minimum 80% attendance and practical is required for Certificate
• Students must always be available for classes, projects, and outdoor shoots.

Appearance & Dress Code

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Indecent dressing, sagging, or palm slippers are not allowed.
• ID cards must be worn during all official activities.

Studio Conduct & Equipment Use

• Keep the studio clean and organized.
• Handle all equipment with care and return them properly after use.
• Any damage or loss must be replaced within 7 days - If a student is unavailable, the guarantor will be held responsible.
• Use of studio gear is a privilege — protect it.

Communication & Reporting

• Students must regularly check email, WhatsApp, and SMS for official updates.
• Submit weekly e-logbooks and field reports promptly.
• Student shall always give report and feedback on all assignment and work process

Client Engagement & Ethics

• Students must not engage in private deals or transactions with studio clients. All inquiries must go through official administration.
• No confrontations with clients or colleagues — report all issues respectfully to the admin to handle.

Prohibited Behaviors

• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and respect at all times.
• Unauthorized visitors are not allowed at the studio or event locations.
• No mobile phone use during shoots or classes. except for behind the scenes
• Non-compliance may result in withdrawal

Field Work & Events

• Students must be punctual for all events and shoots.
• Equipment are packed and get ready a day to the event.
• After each shoot, all equipment are returned to the studio before students set for their houses.
• For late-night events, students are advise to sleep over at the studio for safety anyones who leaves does that at their own risk.

Payment & Refunds

• Program fees non-refundable.
• Participant shall not be entitled to salary, wages, stipends or any other form of payment during training, internship or production activities.
• Students are to prepare for miscellaneous that may arise: projects (transportation, meals, accommodation) are your responsibility.

Intellectual Property & Media Rights

• All creative works produced during the program remain the property of Visual Diamond Studios.
• Participants may: Request permission to use selected works for personal portfolios only
• The studio retains rights to use medias behind the scenes, interviews for promotional purposes.
