At Visual Diamond Studios, we believe collaboration should be purposeful — not just to create content for posting, but to strategically position creatives and design a shoots, that reflect the kind of clients you want to work with — from fashion and makup brands, to personal brands, corporate campaigns. movie set, etc.

Through guided concepts, professional direction, and intentional teamwork, we turn every session into a platform for visibility, skill development, and connection.

🔹 The Creative Collaboration Process:

Every project we embark on, follows this simple, guided process:

• Theme Announcement – Each edition introduces a new creative theme or story concept that guides styling, makeup, and photography direction.
• Creative Team Formation – We choose creatives whose vision and style align with the theme and purpose of each edition.
• Planning & Mood-Boarding – Together, we brainstorm and finalize the looks, wardrobe, poses, and lighting concepts. This step ensures everyone is aligned on the project’s vision, goals, and expectations.
• Production (The Shoot):– Everyone brings their skill, energy, and creativity to execute the concept under professional direction.
• Portfolio Delivery & Feature – Final photos/videos are shared with all collaborators, for portfolio use, with proper credit given to everyone involved.

Terms & Agreement:

These terms outline Visual Diamond Studios' collaboration guidelines to ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial process. By participating in the shoot, all parties agree to the following:

1. Call Time: Participants must be punctual. Lateness or absence without notice may affect future participation.
2. Compensation: This is a non-paid collaboration. Participants exchange time, skills, and creativity for professional visual content.
3. Copyright/Usage Right: Visual Diamond Studios retains primary ownership of all images and video produced during this collaboration. Participants are granted usage rights for personal portfolio and social media use only. Any commercial use by either party requires written consent from both parties.
4. Editing: Altering, filtering, or modifying the final visuals: images or video is prohibited.
5. Property: Each participant is responsible for their belongings. The studio is not liable for loss or damage.
6. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify Visual Diamond Studios from any claims or liabilities related to the collaboration.
7. Talent Release: Models and talents grant Visual Diamond Studios rights to use their likeness across all media connected to the project.
8. Delivery: Final edits will be delivered within 10 business days after the shoot. Raw files will not be shared. Credits are required in all posts.
9. Logistics: Participants are responsible for their own transport.
10. Refreshments: As this is a collaborative non-paid project, contribution for refreshment where needed by all participant is encouraged and appreciated.

🔹CTP Shoot Guideline (On The Day of The Shoot):

• Creative Presense: All creatives are expected to remain on set until the scheduled end time, as agreed. This ensures a smooth, cohesive workflow and allows everyone to address any final adjustments from their area of expertise.

• Respect the Photographer’s Direction: Honor the photographer’s creative vision and technical decisions. While collaborative input is welcome, avoid disrupting the flow or overriding the core concept unless discussed respectfully.

• Uphold Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the shoot. This includes:

– Respecting fellow creatives’ ideas

– Being adaptable to changes or challenges

– Keeping your tools/equipment organized

– Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace

– Bringing a positive, solution-oriented attitude

• End-of-Shoot Review (Hybrid): At the end of the session, all creatives will participate in a brief wrap-up discussion—either on-site or virtually. This allows us to:

– Reflect on the day’s work

– Address unresolved issues

– Share insights for stronger future collaborations.
